O-2.1, r. 2 - By-law determining the amount of income from the sale of furs

1. For the purposes of paragraph 30.4.4 (a) (i) of the Economic Security Program for Cree Hunters, fur income included in the expression “other income” is that income which exceeds the amount of the exemption per beneficiary unit which is determined in the following manner:

For the purposes of the first paragraph, the term individual refers to an unattached person 18 years old or over living with his parents, grandparents or adult children.
